PAM Rotary Valve type N is mainly used for conveying of grain and plastic granulates etc.

The PAM Rotary Valve is available with a geared motor mounted on a console on the side
of the rotary valve with chain drive, and guard, or directly coupled with elastic coupling
in which case the rotary valve and the geared motor are placed on a common base frame.

PAM Rotary Valve type N is available with an output from 0.005 m³/rev. to 0.1 m³/rev.

Rotary Valve type UL

PAM Rotary Valve type UL is mainly used in case of conveying of free flowing materials and also for conveying of very abrasive products. Material temperature up to 500ºC.

PAM Rotary Valve is available with a geared motor mounted on a console on the side of the Rotary Valve with chain drive, and guard, or directly coupled with elastic coupling in which case the Rotary Valve and the geared motor are placed on a common base plate.

PAM Rotary Valves can also be delivered with hydraulic motor which, like the geared motor, can be mounted with a chain drive or coupled directly to the shaft.
PAM Rotary Valve type UL is available in 16 sizes with outputs from 0.005 m³/rev. to 0. 12 m³/rev

Rotary Valve type NS

PAM Rotary type NS is designed for conveying of almost all free-flowing non-
abrasive powders and granulate.
The housing and the covers are made of heavy cast iron. The closed rigid
rotor is manufactured in steel and has 8 chambers. The rotary valve is
supplied with double oil sealing rings and heavy duty bearings .
 
If rotary valves for abrasive and/or hot materials (above 80° C) are required,
we recommend PAM type UL.

PAM GB Blow through Rotary Valve can be obtained in 3 sizes:
GB 10/150 , GB 19/300 & GB 34/350.

The Rotary Valves are used for Pneumatic conveying for products in powder and granular form. The Blow through Rotary Valve is available with SEW geared moter, chaindrive and guard. The valve is very useful in transport of sticky material.

PAM Rotary Valve type Dairy is used in the foodstuff, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Quick cleaning
In the case of demanding cleaning requirements, the rotary valve can easily be disassembled, by hand, without using tools.
Due to a minimal tolerance between the rotor blades and the housing and also the use of heavy duty bearings, the PAM Dairy Rotary Valve can be used up to a differential pressure of 1.0 bar.

Construction
Housing, covers and rotor completely in stainless steel (AISI 304 L or AISI 316 L).
The Dairy Rotary Valve is available in 3 sizes.
